Brennan Healing Science® (BBHS) is a specialised, hands-on energy healing modality developed by Barbara Brennan (physicist and author of Hands of Light). I’m a Brennan Integration Practitioner, trained in hands-on work with the human energy field and in the psychological and relational dimensions that shape how patterns are held and lived.

BBHS sessions can be complete in themselves, and many people also use them alongside psychotherapy, medical care, and other supportive approaches. My intention is always integration, supporting you to feel more connected, regulated and resourced across body, emotions, mind and spirit.

An embodied, present-moment approach
In sessions we work with what is here: sensation, breath, emotion, impulse, images, meaning, and how your system responds in real time. I often bring in somatic tracking and focusing-style attention to support staying close to experience gently, without force, so the system can soften, reorganise, and integrate.
Where it supports the work, I include imagery/imaginal process to help access what may not yet have words: inner landscapes, protective patterns, unmet needs, and deeper guidance.
Character styles, defences and the energy field
A central aspect of Brennan training is an understanding of character styles, the ways we organise ourselves in response to early experience. These patterns can be seen in posture, breath, voice, emotional access, relational habits, and in the energy field itself. Working with character patterns brings precision and compassion. It helps us recognise what is protecting you, what is longing underneath, and how to pace the work so it is both deep and safe, held with clear boundaries, consent and care.

Depending on what you need, sessions may involve:
-
hands-on energy healing in and around the body
-
clearing, charging and balancing multiple levels of the field
-
somatic awareness and nervous system support
-
focusing-style attention to felt sense and meaning
-
imagery/imaginal work for access and integration
-
reflection to help bring the work into daily life
People come for many reasons, including stress and overwhelm, recovery after difficult experiences, relationship patterns, shame and boundaries, desire, and a longing for deeper self-connection. Experiences vary, and we work collaboratively to find what supports you.
