  • Can I see my doctor and psychologist whilst I am working with you?
    Yes, healing works in conjunction with regular medical or psychological treatment. If you have a medical or psychological condition, it is recommended that you see a licensed health care professional in addition to receiving healing treatment. Energy healing works in harmony with all other forms of healing, including drugs, surgery, psychological care or any other method of alternative care and will improve the results.
  • A few notes on after care and integration for you following your session;
    Drink lots of water - we moved a lot of energy during our session, and hydration will support your body in this process of integrating these changes. Do not drink alcohol for 48hrs after a healing session. Try to take it easy for the next few days. Listen to your body and what it needs - if it's telling you to rest or take some quiet time for yourself, honour that and create the space to do so. Walks in nature can really support you as well. Listen to your intuition - you may be guided by your body's wisdom to adjust your eating over the next few days, or may experience some insights or shifts in thinking about particular areas of your life, for example the people you spend time with, your career, the food or media you consume. Writing about anything that came up for you during our session or any insights or shifts you may experience over the next few days, any dreams etc. can be very helpful for you to process and learn from. Timing - you may notice changes or shifts beginning immediately following your session, or it may take a couple of hours/days to feel the effects of our work together. It's important to note that some people may not feel big shifts occur, however its powerful work on multiple subtle levels as well as clearing energetic blockages.
  • What can I do to prepare for a session?
    I ask you not to drink alcohol 48hrs prior to a session.
  • What will I feel and can I change position during the treatment?
    Yes. The energy may cause all sorts of sensations in your body and it is actually part of healing to release this in intuitive ways. If you feel that you need to move your limbs, change body position, shake, shiver, yawn and cry. If the sensations become too strong, you can also vocalise to release the blockage, but the best way is to actually breathe more deeply into the sensations.
  • How many sessions will I need?
    It depends on the severity of the issue. If you have had a chronic problem for many years, it cannot always be expected that it will resolve in one session. I recommend having three sessions. However, some clients do have very significant changes even in one session, after trying out many different modalities over the years.
  • Are Distant healing Treatments as effective as in-person treatments?
    Yes, Distant healing Treatments are just as effective as in-person treatments. The energy transmissions during a remote session are just as strong as if they were delivered in-person directly with the hands.
  • What should I wear for a session?
    Wearing comfortable clothes and natural fibres are best for the session. Your body temperature may drop during a healing, it’s best to be as warm as possible, entering deeper into relaxation.
  • What can I do in between sessions?
    I welcome you to update me via email on your personal process if you wish to. It’s helpful to keep track of insights and developments in between sessions. You may find journaling or stream of consciousness writing useful, drawing, sounding and so on.
