Healing is coming home to self.
I'm Kashca. I work with people who want deeper connection: to themselves, their bodies, their relationships and their capacity for intimacy. I work with what's happening in the moment, whether that's emotion, sensation, nervous system responses, relational patterns, or the images and meanings that arise.
I came to this work through my own healing. In my twenties I was working in the film industry, and while life looked fine from the outside, my body was telling a different story.

Healing Beyond the Surface
I tried the sensible things first: nutrition, yoga, detoxes, talking therapy. All helpful, and all a bit like redecorating a house with cracks in the foundations. What actually shifted things was going deeper, through EMDR, Kundalini yoga, and ten years of learning from medicine women and healers in Peru, South Africa and Australia. Working with a sangoma in South Africa, I came to understand that some of what I carried wasn't only mine. It was inherited: grief and patterns handed down through generations, waiting for someone to stop and feel them.

About
Then I found Brennan Healing Science®, and the pieces came together. It gave me a language for how body, psyche and energy are woven together, and a way to help other people untangle them too. Six years of training later, I now teach there.
What I've learned, from my own life and from sitting with clients, is that people don't need fixing. Each person is different, so my approach is flexible. Broadly, I support a deepening into your own awareness, your purpose, and the divine blueprint of who you are, so you can know yourself more fully, with less defence and more choice.
How I work
Every session is shaped around you. Sometimes we start with a sensation, a tight chest or a heavy stomach, and follow that thread inward. Other times we work with imagery, breath, or hands-on energy work. We might meet a younger part of you, or an aspect of yourself that's been buried. What matters is that the work is embodied: we don't just talk about change, we feel it happening.
My approach is integrative, relational and body-centred, informed by attachment and psychodynamic thinking. I draw on Focusing (Eugene Gendlin), imagery that arises naturally in sessions, and Brennan Healing Science®.
Who i work with
Adults from all walks of life, individually and as couples. I have particular experience with complex trauma, addiction and recovery, and the impact of sexual abuse on intimacy, shame and boundaries.
